Les prometí en mi último post que pondría otro muy pronto y que no lo pospondría demasiado como hice en el anterior.. así que vamos a ello. No creo que haya mucha gente que pruebe "Reeces Buttercups" y no queden encantados..
I promised you guys that I´ll post something sooner in my last post and that I wont wait too long as I did with my previous post.. so lets get to it.. I dont think there are many people that eat ´Reeces Buttercups´ and doesn´t love it afterwards..
La combinación del chocolate, el caramelo y una crema de cacahuetes es simplemente irresistible.. por lo tanto esta receta se basa en ´Reeces Buttercups´ pero en forma de Brownies en vez de bombón..
The combination of chocolate, caramel and creamy peanut butter is simply irrestible.. so this recipe is based on Reeces Buttercups its just in the form of brownies instead of candy..
Así que decidí hacer unos BROWNIES de chocolate cubiertos con caramelo y una crema casera de frosting de cacahuetes..
So I decided to make chocolate BROWNIES topped with homemade caramel and creamy peanut butter frosting..
El primer paso fue hacer y hornear el brownie de chocolate y mientras se enfriaba hice la salsa de caramelo casera que también dejé enfriar..
The first step was to make and bake the chocolate brownies and while they were cooling I made the home made caramel sauce and let it cool down too..
El último paso es preparar el frosting de cacahuetes..
The last step is to prepare the peanut butter frosting..
y después simplemente usarlo para cubrir al brownie ya a temperatura ambiente..
and then simply add it to the top of the already set brownie & caramel mixture..
Ahora es tiempo para el toque de la decoración final y estamos preparados para comer!
Now it´s time for the final decoration touches and we are ready to eat!

Espero que todos ustedes estén pasando un relajado fin de semana... Yo estoy pasando un tiempo con mi familia, tías, primas, hermanas, etc.; e intentando guardar este tiempo en mi memoria hasta que tenga que volver a casa otra vez.. es raro decir volver a casa porque por un buen tiempo no llamé a España mi casa, pero al decirlo ahora me siento bien.. :-D
Hope you all are having a super relaxing weekend.. I´m spending some time with my family, aunts, cousins, sisters, etc and trying to soak up the time with them in my memory until it´s time for me to head back home again.. strange that I say home cause for a long time I didn´t call Spain my home but saying it now feels right.. ;-D
