Raspberry & White Chocolate
POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS:
(makes 12 popsicles)
METHOD:
Blend the raspberries, bananas, sugar/honey, vanilla essence together until smooth (if you don´t like the pits of the raspberries like I do, you can blend the raspberries together first, sift it to get rid of the pits and then add it with the rest of the ingredients into the blender). Fill your molds ¾ of the way, add the popsicle sticks and freeze 3-4 hours (or even better overnight) until completely frozen. Fill your popsicles 100% with the melted white chocolate and re-freeze until the chocolate has set properly. To remove easily, hold the frozen popsicle mold under running hot water for a few seconds and the popsicle should come out very easily.
