Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, fold the cold condensed milk into the cream. Now fold in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a container suitable for freezing (I used my bread baking tin) top with some more funfetti. Freeze for minimum 6 hours. You don´t need to whisk the mixture during the freezing process because of using the condensed milk as it prevents cristilization. When the ice cream has frozen, cut squares with a sharp & long knife dipped into a jug of hot water before every cut. Place inbetween 2 wafer cookies and ENJOY! Be warned these are very very tasty!
