Ingredients:
(makes 2 large milkshakes)
A) for the red velvet milkshake:
B) for the swirl:
C) for the whipped cream:
Method:
Place all the ingredients of part A in your blender and blend until well mixed and all the red velvet cake has been blended finely. Mix your cream cheese & sifted icing sugar (B) with a whisk and pour into a piping bag. Whip your cream and other ingredients (C) until stiff peaks form.
Assembly:
Pour (A) into your glasses (I used mason jars), pipe some of the cream cheese swirl (B) directly into the milkshake (A) and top with the whipped cream (C). Decorate with crumbed red velvet cake crumbs & use cute straws to drink from! ENJOY!
